本期刊要求具有原創性，相關於創新、管理、金融、經濟、資訊、體育、教育文化以及社會學術等論文。凡投寄之稿件須以不在其它期刊刊登者為限。稿件請以電子傳檔方式到本期刊。歡迎各學術先進們踴躍投稿。
如經接受，校對工作將由作者負責。論文長度以盡量不超過12頁篇幅為限。超出之頁數，需加收審稿費每頁兩千元。作者如需論文抽印本，每份工本費20元，數量以10本為一訂購單位。
稿件宜簡潔，且合乎下列格式：
1.文字：稿件應以中文或英文撰寫，內文中文字體以細明體 11點字，英文字體以Times New Roman 11點字為準，並不超過150字之中文及英文摘要，以及3個以下之關鍵詞。
2.打字：稿件以MS Word編輯軟體或與其相容之軟體為限。橫式單欄打字為原則，列與列間應固定18點之間隔，用紙大小以 21公分X 29.7公分(A4規格)為主，上、下各留邊2.2公分，左、右各留邊2.2公分。裝訂邊為左邊0.5公分，不要編頁碼。
3.標點符號：中文之標點符號用全形符號(如：；、。等)，與英文之標點符號使用半形符號(如：, . :等)，括號皆為半形。
4.題目、作者：論文題目宜簡明，中文標題為細明體20點粗體字; 英文標題為 Times New Roman 20點粗體字。作者姓名細明體14點粗體字列於論文題目之下方。
5.章節及小節標題：論文之各節標題應置於列之左方位置，中文字體以細明體12點粗體字, 英文字體以Times New Roman 12點粗體字為主。小節標題則應從文稿之左緣開始, 中文字體以細明體12點字，英文字體以Times New Roman 12點字為主，段落起始點空二個全形字元，段落文字設定為左右對齊。。
6.參考文獻：僅限於在文中引據之論文、書籍等。文獻於文中應以作者姓名與出版年引據，並將其標於括弧內。文獻之編號按論文引據出現文中之順序。例如：
(1) Knight, S.J., and Butcher, N. (1999), Planning Prevents Conflict Between Cabin Service and Safety, Cabin Crew Safety, 34 (6) 1-8.
(2) 林義夫，2001，加強大陸台商輔導工作兩岸經貿，第111期，頁30，台北。
(3) 網路資源：依作者、西元年代、篇名、網址順序排列。
