本期刊要求具有原创性，相关於创新、管理、金融、经济、资讯、体育、教育文化以及社会学术等论文。凡投寄之稿件须以不在其它期刊刊登者为限。稿件请以电子传档方式到本期刊。欢迎各学术先进们踊跃投稿。
如经接受，校对工作将由作者负责。论文长度以尽量不超过12页篇幅为限。超出之页数，需加收审稿费每页两千元。作者如需论文抽印本，每份工本费20元，数量以10本为一订购单位。
稿件宜简洁，且合乎下列格式：
1.文字：稿件应以中文或英文撰写，内文中文字体以细明体 11点字，英文字体以Times New Roman 11点字为准，并不超过150字之中文及英文摘要，以及3个以下之关键词。
2.打字：稿件以MS Word编辑软体或与其相容之软体为限。横式单栏打字为原则，列与列间应固定18点之间隔，用纸大小以 21公分X 29.7公分(A4规格)为主，上、下各留边2.2公分，左、右各留边2.2公分。装订边为左边0.5公分，不要编页码。
3.标点符号：中文之标点符号用全形符号(如：；、。等)，与英文之标点符号使用半形符号(如：, . :等)，括号皆为半形。
4.题目、作者：论文题目宜简明，中文标题为细明体20点粗体字; 英文标题为 Times New Roman 20点粗体字。作者姓名细明体14点粗体字列於论文题目之下方。
5.章节及小节标题：论文之各节标题应置於列之左方位置，中文字体以细明体12点粗体字, 英文字体以Times New Roman 12点粗体字为主。小节标题则应从文稿之左缘开始, 中文字体以细明体12点字，英文字体以Times New Roman 12点字为主，段落起始点空二个全形字元，段落文字设定为左右对齐。。
6.参考文献：仅限於在文中引据之论文、书籍等。文献於文中应以作者姓名与出版年引据，并将其标於括弧内。文献之编号按论文引据出现文中之顺序。例如：
(1) Knight, S.J., and Butcher, N. (1999), Planning Prevents Conflict Between Cabin Service and Safety, Cabin Crew Safety, 34 (6) 1-8.
(2) 林义夫，2001，加强大陆台商辅导工作两岸经贸，第111期，页30，台北。
(3) 网路资源：依作者、西元年代、篇名、网址顺序排列。
