JCID special issue Vol.5 N.2

JCID V5N2 constitutes a point of reference for ASIAN and non-ASIAN scholars to discuss instruments of methodology for more rigorous scientific results in the social sciences. In the era of biggish data, the journal also provides a E-publication venue for data scientists who are interested in proposing a new indicator to measure the latent aspects of social, cultural, and political events. Rather than leaning towards one specific methodological school, the journal publishes E- papers on a mixed method . Furthermore, the journal’s key aim is to tackle some methodological pluralism across research cultures. In this context, the journal is open to papers addressing some general logic of empirical research and analysis of the validity and verification of social laws. 

Vision and characteristics

The Innovation Research and Development Journal is an academic journal issued by the Chinese Institute of Innovation and Research. For the purpose of publishing papers in the field of innovation management and R & D technology at the academic level, we welcome the academic advanced circles to contribute actively. The nature of this journal covers innovation management, organization and human resources management, finance and finance, marketing, information management, job management and decision-making, education and culture, sports science and so on. All theories of theory, method application and empirical research, especially those across the above fields, are welcome to contribute. Each issue of the journal will be included in the National Library for reference.

 Rules
1. The submission shall be a paper which has not been published in other academic journals and which, at the time of submission, was not considered by other academic journals. If there is any violation of academic ethics, the author is responsible for the consequences.
2. In order to improve the efficiency of the proceedings, since October 1,98, the transmission of manuscripts, review opinions and revised instructions of authors has been conducted by e-mail (e-mail). Please make sure that the manuscript is in accordance with the format specified in this journal, and make the full text of the manuscript anonymous as a pdf file and another word file. Please specify the title of the paper and list the names, service units and titles of all the authors in order. Also please indicate the name, mailing address, telephone number, fax and e-mail. of the corresponding author If there is any message of gratitude, please also provide it in a concise manner.
3. Submission examination fee NT $10000(RMB 2500)(5% discount for this member). Please also transfer by remittance slip: account 007, Account number :605-50-300121 or ATM transfer, and indicating the title and author of the contribution, And in e-mail to inform the Institute of transfer completed in order to query. After receiving e-mail contribution, Confirm by e-mail reply, The receipt of the contribution fee is sent to the correspondence author by mail. After the papers were reviewed, The number of pages (subject to the number of pages of the journal's manuscript, If the author needs assistance in formatting, Finalization fee $200 per page, 10% discount for our members), HK $500 per page, The author completes the remittance within one week after receiving the acceptance letter. Subject to the non-compliance of the submission with the journal's purport and the fact that the review period exceeds four months, Contributions review fees are not returned.

Format of manuscripts

The manuscript should be concise and conform to the following format:
1. The manuscript should not reveal the author of the article or relevant information. The first page of the manuscript contains only Chinese and English topics and Chinese and English abstracts and keywords.
(1) Title: the title of the paper should be concise, the Chinese title is Microsoft's boldface 16:00 boldface; the English title (necessary) is the Times New
Roman 16 some coarse characters.
(2) Abstract: The abstract is written in either Chinese or English. English and Chinese
To each one, the number of words in less than 500 words.
(3) Key words (up to five) The following are the main parts of this article:
(1) Text: the text is written in Chinese or English, the Chinese font in the Chinese text is in Microsoft's positive bold type 10 words, and the English font is Times .(1) Text
New Roman 10 Braille shall prevail, do not encode pages. And cross (left and right) clear typing, page display please avoid congestion to improve readability.
(2) Typing: manuscripts are limited to MS Word editing software or software compatible with it. Cross - column typing, Paper size is 21 cm X 29.7 cm (A4 specification), Three centimeters above, Left, right, lower left 2.54 cm, The binding line is 0.5 cm to the left, 20 pt. row height between columns
(3) Punctuation marks: Chinese punctuation marks and brackets are full-angle symbols. English punctuation marks and parentheses use half-angle symbols (such as:,.: etc.), English punctuation marks and between words and words should be empty.

Section headings should be placed to the left of the column in bold 12 points in Microsoft font
Character, English font to Times New Roman 12 point bold font. Section title should start from the left edge of the manuscript, the Chinese font is Microsoft positive bold 12 words, the English font is mainly Times New Roman 12 words, the beginning of the paragraph empty two full-angle text, paragraph text set to left and right alignment.
4. chart: all chart numbers are in Arabic numerals, the title of the table is placed at the top of the table, the title of the chart is placed at the bottom of the chart, and the charts can be inserted in the appropriate position or at the end of the text.
5. references: references are limited to papers, books, etc. The author's name and the year of publication should be cited in the text and marked in parentheses. For references in the text, please note them () parentheses, which indicate the literature
